You can automate any parameter from a MIDI track But you can only assign and map the 8 knobs of an instrument rack to the faders in the mixer. I prefer the Host Automation, as its shows the parameter name instead of a CC # (just for ease of knowing what you are automating). #1 - the Host Automation system - like Dynamic Mapping in liveīoth can automate almost every parameter in the GUI, any page, any knob/slider/ button. There is even more than 1 system to automate Trillian, Omni or RMX.
